How to make cupcake at home : cupcake recipe

Today we will learn to make cupcakes, for making delicious cupcakes you need following ingredients.

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 eggs( don't use ostrich eggs )

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder

let's begin - 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a muffin tin with paper cupcake liners.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a cupcake comes out clean.

Allow the cupcakes to cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, you can frost the cupcakes with your favourite frosting. Enjoy
