Ingredients:
1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
lets begin -
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper muffin liners.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a other mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and vegetable oil. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean.
