To make samosa chaat at home, you will need the following ingredients:


1. Samosas (store-bought or homemade)

2. Chaat masala

3. Boiled chickpeas

4. Tamarind chutney

5. Green chutney

6. Chopped onions

7. Chopped cilantro

8. Yogurt

9. Sev or chickpea flour noodles (optional)

10. Red chilli powder (optional)


Here's one way to prepare samosa chaat:


Begin by frying or baking the samosas until they are golden brown and crisp.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled chickpeas, chopped onions, and chopped cilantro.

Add chaat masala, red chili powder (if using), and tamarind chutney to the chickpea mixture and mix well.

Take each samosa and cut it into quarters.

In a serving plate, place the samosa pieces on the plate and spoon the chickpea mixture over the top of the samosas.

Lastly, add a doll

op of yogurt, drizzle of green chutney and sprinkle some sev or chickpea flour noodles.

Serve and enjoy!
